This digital photo frame does it all! I especially like the picture quality and the fact that photos may be transferred to the frame over a wireless network connection. This large wood frame is perfect for the home..but businesses could also use this as a marketing tool to display whatever photos of projects and products for ease of customer viewing.

Awesome product! Easy to use and I love that I can send all my photos automatically to the frame and they are downloaded when I get home. We plan to take with us when we travel in the motor home. At home we have a 'Tiny House' and 11 grandkids. Not enough wall space to hang pictures so this was a great option for us. Photos rotate and we get to see our entire family! We also plan to use command strips on the back to take with us traveling!.I would absolutely recommend this product.

+ When you send pictures to the frame from your phone do they automatically adjust to fit the frame so they don’t look like they came from my phone. And does it have a Clock feature

The pictures will resize to a smaller size and looks same on the Hdgenius wifi frame as they came from your phone. Current version we didn't have a clock feature, we will consider to add it on the new version software.

This smart digital frame is made of wood and will look great anywhere in your home.

+What are all the file formats this frame supports?

This wifi digital photo frame supports JPG, PNG, and BMP file formats.

+Is this battery operated or does it require a cord?

It needs to be plugged in at all times. The adapter is UL listed, so don’t worry about the power safety of this wifi photo frame.

+What is the name of the app?

The app name is HDgenius and you can get it on the Apple Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android)

+Can you put videos on this frame as well to watch?

Sorry, you can't videos on this digital photo frame,but we are working on a new version, which can support videos. It will be available in a few months.

+Can you send pics to it over long distances?

Yes, you can use the HDgenius APP to select the pictures you would like to share. Tap and share the photos to send them to your paired frame from anywhere in the world!

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.
