I first purchased this for my 90 year old father. My parents have WIFI but he does not use the computer at all. My Mom is on Facebook, but really never thinks to show my dad the pics she sees. So, I discovered this frame!! Best Purchase EVER. He gets to see his grandkids and great grandson, and is so excited everytime a new pic downloads automatically! I did a lot of research to make sure I was purchasing the correct product. Because my grandmother is elderly and doesn't use technology or electronics much, I wanted something that would be very easy for her to use. All she has to do is plug the frame in and choose her Wifi. The frame does the rest. I love this because I can simply send pictures to the frame and they instantly show up on her frame!

+ When you send pictures to the frame from your phone do they automatically adjust to fit the frame so they don’t look like they came from my phone. And does it have a Clock feature

The pictures will resize to a smaller size and looks same on the Hdgenius wifi frame as they came from your phone. Current version we didn't have a clock feature, we will consider to add it on the new version software.

This smart digital frame is made of wood and will look great anywhere in your home.

+What are all the file formats this frame supports?

This wifi digital photo frame supports JPG, PNG, and BMP file formats.

+Is this battery operated or does it require a cord?

It needs to be plugged in at all times. The adapter is UL listed, so don’t worry about the power safety of this wifi photo frame.

+What is the name of the app?

The app name is HDgenius and you can get it on the Apple Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android)

+Can you put videos on this frame as well to watch?

Sorry, you can't videos on this digital photo frame,but we are working on a new version, which can support videos. It will be available in a few months.

+Can you send pics to it over long distances?

Yes, you can use the HDgenius APP to select the pictures you would like to share. Tap and share the photos to send them to your paired frame from anywhere in the world!

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.
