This was purchased for Grandma to be able to keep up her growing grandchildren and it was worked great. The app is super easy to upload photos to. Grandpa was able to get the unit set up with no problem at all. Its a nice looking unit. Its what we all wanted digital photo frames to be 6-10 years ago when they started becoming popular. We will be picking up a larger one for our home as well.

The digital photo frame has a high number of photos. I put some of my favorite photos on it to show a lot of good memories. I can often change the photos in the album, which is really great. 7 inch screen is a bit smaller, 10 inch frame should be a better choice for home use.

+ I had to replace my frame due to a defect. How do I delete the old frame number from my phone?

hi dear clients, sorry for late reply. please open the app, then click " pair frame" and then click " frames", the old frame name will show there. Slide to the left to delete this old frame. If more question, please contact us again. Lucky new year 2020.

Yes, this 7 inch digital photo frame made from REAL wood. It is great home décor to hang on the wall or on the table or bedstand.

+Can we moved photos from the internal (4GB) memory to the USB memory ? (would be nice if the phone app had more control over the frame).

Hi, currently the wifi frame can't move photos from internal memory to the USB, we will consider to add this function in the firmware update. We have plan to add more function and control on the app over photo frame, will keep customer like you updated when the new version available.

+The uploaded photos via the phone app, where are they stored ? In the 4GB (built-in memory) on in the expansion SD card ?

+Does it have sleep time? I don’t want the screen on when I am sleeping.

Yes, there is an icon like clock in the lower right corner,click it and set your wifi frame's sleeping time.

+Is it capable of battery operation?

No, the HDGenius wifi frame must be pluged in to use.

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.

+Can you delete uploaded photos?

Yes, you can delete uploaded photos from the Digital Frame.

+Does this wifi photo frame have a usb slot too?

Yes, the HDGenius Wifi Photo Frame comes with a USB 2.0 slot, which can be used to upload and display photos from compatible USB drives.
