This was a great gift for both grandparents. They love waking up to see what I've uploaded overnight. The set up was very straight forward and the app is very user friendly. This would have received five stars if the plug in cord for a bit longer. Obviously you can always use extension cords, but an extra foot or so would have made a big difference. As it is, there is barely enough length to extend from at outlet near a floor vase, to the surface of an average height table. I would definitely purchase this photo frame again, although I would likely go up a size,10 inch maybe.The screen size is a bit small, especially if you plan to give this to grandparents. This size is probably better if the intended use is to sit on a desk at work.

hi dear clients, sorry for late reply. please open the app, then click " pair frame" and then click " frames", the old frame name will show there. Slide to the left to delete this old frame. If more question, please contact us again. Lucky new year 2020.

+Can we moved photos from the internal (4GB) memory to the USB memory ? (would be nice if the phone app had more control over the frame).

Hi, currently the wifi frame can't move photos from internal memory to the USB, we will consider to add this function in the firmware update. We have plan to add more function and control on the app over photo frame, will keep customer like you updated when the new version available.

Yes, there is an icon like clock in the lower right corner,click it and set your wifi frame's sleeping time.

+Is it capable of battery operation?

No, the HDGenius wifi frame must be pluged in to use.

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.

+Can you delete uploaded photos?

Yes, you can delete uploaded photos from the Digital Frame.

+Does this wifi photo frame have a usb slot too?

Yes, the HDGenius Wifi Photo Frame comes with a USB 2.0 slot, which can be used to upload and display photos from compatible USB drives.
