Where we ship:

The HDgenius Inc provides free standard US shipping now. Kindly note that do not ship to Alaska/ Hawaii, APO/FPO, and US Protectorates.
Using free standard shipping, orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.
For Alaska,Hawaii,APO/FPOand US Protectorates customer, kindly check Amazon,Newegg or our dealer website to check if available.


How to track your order


Usually we will send you email with tracking No when your order shipped with email address when you order from us. 
You can also use the order No to track the shipping status.  
If there is no shipping information available, pls send email to service@hdgenius.com for help.


Returns:


We replace brand new exchange unit within 30 days for our DOA products(two way shipping cost will be covered by us)


One month-1 year repair after purchase

Buyer should prepaid one way shipping for repair service.
HDgenius will pay one way for product defect or manufacture malfunction for non DOA within the warranty time.

2,Get a RMA No by providing below document
A.Copy of the dated sales receipt
