I ordered for the large size display screen and high pixel quality. Set-up was extremely simple & we began enjoying many of our best photos within minutes. It is better to include a mount kit to hang this frame on the wall.

I initially bought this as a gift for someone else. I took a peek in the box and decided to keep it for myself. The size is great, nice and large but still not too big to overpower the space it is in. This frame has so many useful features while still being easy to use. I like being able to change the effects and intervals at which you see the pictures. The resolution is simply amazing. With the auto rotation capability- no more upside down or rotated photos. Adding photos from your phone is easy after you pair the frame from the APP. I should probably buy another one for the person I initially bought this for.

+ When you send pictures to the frame from your phone do they automatically adjust to fit the frame so they don’t look like they came from my phone. And does it have a Clock feature

The pictures will resize to a smaller size and looks same on the Hdgenius wifi frame as they came from your phone. Current version we didn't have a clock feature, we will consider to add it on the new version software.

This smart digital frame is made of wood and will look great anywhere in your home.

+What are all the file formats this frame supports?

This wifi digital photo frame supports JPG, PNG, and BMP file formats.

+Is this battery operated or does it require a cord?

It needs to be plugged in at all times. The adapter is UL listed, so don’t worry about the power safety of this wifi photo frame.

+What is the name of the app?

The app name is HDgenius and you can get it on the Apple Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android)

+Can you put videos on this frame as well to watch?

Sorry, you can't videos on this digital photo frame,but we are working on a new version, which can support videos. It will be available in a few months.

+Can you send pics to it over long distances?

Yes, you can use the HDgenius APP to select the pictures you would like to share. Tap and share the photos to send them to your paired frame from anywhere in the world!

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.
