Bought this for my non-tech grandparents and it has been a great hit. My sister and I live thousands miles away from where we grew up and therefore aren't around to share pictures with and my grandparents haven't figured out the ol' social media yet so this wifi photo frame was perfect. After connect the frame to home WIFI wireless network, my sister and I can upload pictures and my grandparents can see the new pictures come in automatically and display on the clear LCD display. The pictures are bright and clear, great images quality. Definitely recommend this frame to any technology challenge parents and grandparents.

Great way for various family members to add photos to one digital picture frame without having to use cords or USB sticks. It is a family frame to display photos of all members on the dinning table or bed stand. The only drawbacks I see is the screen only displays one photo at a time， instead of offering a collage option.

Worked like a charm right out of the box. The touchscreen options made it clear what to do, no need the quick start guide. It attached to the wi-fi on the first try and connected to the phone app. Easy to add photos to the frame, select photos from phone's album and click "send", far better than SD card or usb stick.

+ I had to replace my frame due to a defect. How do I delete the old frame number from my phone?

hi dear clients, sorry for late reply. please open the app, then click " pair frame" and then click " frames", the old frame name will show there. Slide to the left to delete this old frame. If more question, please contact us again. Lucky new year 2020.

+Can we moved photos from the internal (4GB) memory to the USB memory ? (would be nice if the phone app had more control over the frame).

Hi, currently the wifi frame can't move photos from internal memory to the USB, we will consider to add this function in the firmware update. We have plan to add more function and control on the app over photo frame, will keep customer like you updated when the new version available.

+The uploaded photos via the phone app, where are they stored ? In the 4GB (built-in memory) on in the expansion SD card ?

+Does it have sleep time? I don’t want the screen on when I am sleeping.

Yes, there is an icon like clock in the lower right corner,click it and set your wifi frame's sleeping time.

+Is it capable of battery operation?

No, the HDGenius wifi frame must be pluged in to use.

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.

+Can you delete uploaded photos?

Yes, you can delete uploaded photos from the Digital Frame.

+Does this wifi photo frame have a usb slot too?

Yes, the HDGenius Wifi Photo Frame comes with a USB 2.0 slot, which can be used to upload and display photos from compatible USB drives.
