Hello, I love the ezfun 13inch digital picture frame very much! My wife always complainted that it is uncomfortable to view pictures from the small phone screen so I bought her one as a Christomas surprise gift. She just travelled in NewYork last week and took a lot of pictures. All the pictures look very clear and comfortable in this new touch screen photo frame and it has slideshow setting. I had many treasured photos in my mobile phone. Usually I print some of the best and make it to a paper frame. Now I bought this touch screen digital photo frame, it helps me a lot. I can send photos via wifi easily and the frame show the photos under slideshow. The image quantity is very clear in this 13inch big screen. The only shortage is it can not play video with sound while this is acceptable too. Highly recommend.

+ When you send pictures to the frame from your phone do they automatically adjust to fit the frame so they don’t look like they came from my phone. And does it have a Clock feature

The pictures will resize to a smaller size and looks same on the Hdgenius wifi frame as they came from your phone. Current version we didn't have a clock feature, we will consider to add it on the new version software.

This smart digital frame is made of wood and will look great anywhere in your home.

+What are all the file formats this frame supports?

This wifi digital photo frame supports JPG, PNG, and BMP file formats.

+Is this battery operated or does it require a cord?

It needs to be plugged in at all times. The adapter is UL listed, so don’t worry about the power safety of this wifi photo frame.

+What is the name of the app?

The app name is HDgenius and you can get it on the Apple Store (IOS) or Google Play (Android)

+Can you put videos on this frame as well to watch?

Sorry, you can't videos on this digital photo frame,but we are working on a new version, which can support videos. It will be available in a few months.

+Can you send pics to it over long distances?

Yes, you can use the HDgenius APP to select the pictures you would like to share. Tap and share the photos to send them to your paired frame from anywhere in the world!

+Can you send photos to the frame from a computer or just the app?

For now, you can only send photos to the frame using the APP, but we are developing software that will allow you to upload photos from your desktop computer as well. It will be available soon.
